Maintaining nutrient, avoiding cravings or limited diet ... here are some tips you can eat comfortably without getting fat and keep a strong health

Eat raw materials 

Unpolished rice or brown, red, purple rice... is the kind of food containing plenty of fiber and easy to digest. If you are still not used to eating this type, just soak rice overnight, then mixed with your regular eating rice to cook.

Add beans and grains
