7 bad habits cause skin damage

You should stay away from bad habits given below to earn a smooth and healthy skin

Skin is not just a “security wall "of the body but also the exclusive, beauty and attractiveness of women. If you do not know how to care for, many things can negatively affect your skins, lady. 
  
Smoking 

Cigarettes make extremely large impact on health. In particular, skin is very susceptible then becomes dry and dull after a long time smoking because it decreases the blood flow to the skin, which affects the scalability and resilience. Your skin would get saggy and grow much older.

Drinking 

Skin is prone to lost water inside, reduces levels of natural brightness if you drink too much alcohol. Besides, alcohol is also making your face look old and tired. Moreover, alcohol dilates blood vessels in the skin, stretch the veins, especially the area around the nose and cheeks. Worse, if you are having skin problems, things become more serious when you use a lot of alcohol. 

Ultraviolet (UV) 

Not only does the sun have negative effects to the skin but standing too long under filming light or using tanning machines have a large impact as well. Too much UV light will cause the projector to wrinkles, dehydration and possibly cancer.

Often keep your skin clean with fresh water

Scaling 

These scales are created by pimples, acne and scratch ... it makes you feel "uncomfortable" but getting out of them may enable infectious bacteria, which cause infection even scarring on your face or body. So you need a skin care regimen and appropriate treatment. 

Caffeine 

Caffeine is known as a diuretic, so it will dry the skin. However, some studies suggest that caffeine may protect the skin from cancer and scientific studies are in progress.But it will definitely influence partly to the skin, you should use less caffeinated beverages. 

Lack of sleep 

Sleep deprivation causes the body to increase production of stress hormones and reduce the amount of collagen (a protein for elastic properties) of the skin, very bad influence to you. 6-8 sleeping hours a day give us a fresh mind then carry out work more effectively and looks full of energy of course. 

Forget removing makeup before bed time

The chemical in makeup is give huge damage to skin, many of you don’t know. If you go to bed with a face of thick layer of powder, pores would be sealed; there is no room to "breathe" leading to rough skin, irritation and  the appearance of acne.

Finally, keep an eyes on your regimen to live a healthy life with beauty and brightness. Rock your life :).
