so take glucose drinks daily . also eat well and sleep regularly . dont
over do workouts , too much of workouts can harm body . so do limited
workouts and take rest in between whenever its needed .. . . .

Balaji, we are both lazy and we know it..you lost quite some weight...that is great!!!
I lost 42 lbs that's not bad, but it's so much harder to keep on eating always what 's right and to exercise....I have exactly the same problem...I want to exercise every day then then I find 100 excuses to do it the next day...this has been happening for over a week now, and I know I have to overcome that laziness soon because otherwise i might be back where I started off...we both have to encourage each other....and you know what is the hardest part?

Eat more carbohydrates pref complex carbs it is another form of suger that can burn longer
try drinking one cup of coffee without suger or cream before the work out it not only gets u going but also studys show that it increases ur motablism by 10% while exersizeing
Make sure ur replaceing the liquids u r loseing while sweating drink lots of water
If its all in ur mind try some music that pumps u up or watch highlights of a fav game
